Adedotun Sulaiman, MFR, Chairman
Adedotun Sulaiman is Chairman of the Board of MNL. Mr Sulaiman is Chairman of Accenture, where he was also Country Managing Director for six years. He is the Chairman of Interswitch, Executive Chairman of Arian Capital Limited, Chairman of SecureID, Chairman of Cornerstone Insurance Group and Chairman of the Board of Governors for Greensprings Schools. Mr. Sulaiman is a graduate of the University of Lagos. He earned his Associateship of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in 1981. He completed the Harvard’s Business School Programme for Management Development in 1990.

Adeniyi Elumaro, Vice Chairman (Non Executive)
Adeniyi Elumaro is the founder of Investcorp Capital, a private equity investment firm with significant holdings in MONEYBOX AFRICA. Prior to this, Mr. Elumaro was Executive Vice Chairman/Group CEO of the UBA Insurance Group. He had earlier served as a Vice President within the HEIRS Alliance Group, which he joined after several years as a Manager at Andersen Business Consulting. Mr. Elumaro earned his B.Sc in Business Administration at the University of Benin, graduating with First Class Honours.

Macaulay Atasie, Director
Macaulay Atasie is the Managing Director/CEO of NEXTZON Business Services Ltd. From April 2003 to the time NEXTZON was set up, Macaulay worked as the CEO of HEIRS Alliance Limited, which was set up as a holding company for several banks and non banks totalling 10 companies with assets under management of over $1 billion. As pioneer CEO of HEIRS Alliance he was responsible for setting up the company, building its systems, brand and culture. Macaulay has a BSc (Second Class Upper Division) degree in Microbiology and an MSc in Pharmaceutical Microbiology, both from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Mac has also attended courses and executive programmes at some top global business schools including Stanford University in the United States, Cranfield University in the United Kingdom and Wits University in South Africa.

Tola Talabi, Director
A former Vice President at Credit Suisse, Omotola was responsible for the implementation of the bank’s risk management methodology for real estate loans, which resulted in Credit Suisse reducing its capital adequacy requirements by US$120 Million, across mortgage related products. He has held prior management roles in banking technology at Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan and Sapient Consulting. Currently a serial entrepreneur, Omotola is co-founder of Oxbridge Development Corporation. Oxbridge is a regional real estate development firm with award winning multimillion dollar developments in Pittsburgh and New Jersey, USA. He is a principal in Bacchus Wine Made Simple, a chain of high end, fine wine stores.

Lai Labode, Director
Lai Labode is the CEO of Salt & Einstein Ltd, a visionary business logic expert with vast experience of the peculiar African emerging markets. Lai’s ideas and initiations have been most valuable to the MoneyBox line of products; Lai holds a first degree in accounting, Law and is currently studying for an MBA from the University of Liverpool. He is a member of the National Think Tank committee on youth development.

Tijjani Musa Tumsah, Director
Tijjani Musa Tumsah has been on the board of Integrated capital Services Limited since April 2007. He is the Chairman of Rain Integrated Services Limited, a company engaged in manufacturing and consulting services and also serves on the board of several other companies.
Tijjani is an accomplished administrator who has previously served as a member of the state Executive Council of the Yobe state Government. His meritorious service as Honourable Commissioner spanned the Ministries of Agriculture and Natural Resources, Health and Human Services, and Finance and Economic Development. He was also a member of the National Constitutional Conference between 1994 and 1995.
He also served as Chairman of the Nigeria Council for Management Development and also Center for Management Development in Shangisha, Lagos.
Tijjani is a 1983 graduate of Business Development and Psychology of Malone College in Canton, Ohio, USA. He is happily married with children and enjoys playing lawn tennis, chess, and golf.

David Kaye, Director / Chief Executive Officer
David Kaye is the MD/CEO of MoneyBox Africa. David Kaye has over 15 years of relevant financial technology and mobile telephone technology experience. David began his illustrious career at Royal Bank of Scotland as a Senior Analyst, and then as a Senior Consultant at PriceWaterHouseCoopers. David later became a Senior IT Manager at UBA Plc before moving to Lucent Technologies in Dublin, Ireland where he was a Senior GSM Software Engineer. David is a Certified SAP Solutions Consultant. He received his B.Sc. in Applied Physics at University of Benin.

Damien Oguchi, Director / Chief Finance Officer
Damien trained as a research and investment analyst, and was recently the head of the research department at Diamond Bank Securities Ltd; he held similar positions at Leadway Pensure PFA and FB Asset management Ltd. He was involved in the development of the Electronic Deposit Messenger (EDM), providing data on the viability of the project, particularly with regards to the target market, regulatory requirements, potential partners, local and international competitors and reports on the behaviour of money in circulation.
Damien has qualifications from the Lagos Business School on Financial Analysis and Investment Analysis courses at the West Africa Capital Markets School. He holds a postgraduate MBA in management studies from the University of Westminster in London, a B.A. Business Studies from the University of Sunderland and a certificate in investment administration from the United Kingdom Securities Institute.

Abu Taoheed, Chief Technology/Customer Care
Abu Taoheed has over 8 years of work experience in IT software development and support. He has great communication and people management skill. He has worked with several large organizations including educational institutions, banks and mobile network operators in various capacities spanning development, training and consulting. Abu Taoheed has developed and co-developed several applications and financial solutions that are currently running in some banks and other institutions today. He is a professionally certified Software engineer, holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science with an M.Sc. in Management Information System in view

Ayodeji Ige, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer
Ayodeji has about seven years working experience largely within the telecoms industry spanning the areas of telecoms product development, sales strategy formulation and implementation, franchise model development, process optimization and Engineering designs development. He worked in Celtel Nigeria managing the Mass market segment. Whilst in Celtel, the then Econet Nigeria he worked as a project officer where he led a team of consultants to deploy the regional offices and thus setup the key point of sales for the business. Ayodeji has a bachelor of engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Minna, Advanced Certificate in Project management from Unilag Consult, and Project Management Certificate on Expert Methodology. He is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
